Working with hot materials, handling, moving and glass cutting, for very obvious reasons, has to be undertaken with great care, particularly in a manufacturing location. Kite Glass has strict procedures in place to protect and ensure the safety of our employees and those who are present when we undertake glass installation work.
Our objective is to remove all opportunities for accidents and ‘near-misses’ in the workplace; an environment that we are only too aware is potentially hazardous for the people who frequent it. As you would expect from a company with this goal, Kite Glass has a sound and robust Health & Safety policy which is constantly under review, embracing both the cultural and physical status of the business and its employees. One of the key elements of our success in this area is the positive attitude across our business to improving safety.
