Park Crescent West, London

Situated in London’s iconic area of Mayfair Park Crescent West, is a Grade 1 listed residential terrace, originally designed by the architect John Nash, with the construction completed in 1821. Under the ownership of the Crown Estate, the terrace went through an extensive refurbishment, retaining the regency style facades.

Most recently, Park Crescent West has undergone a major redevelopment of the John Nash-designed terrace. The terrace has been demolished and reconstructed, retaining its Grade 1 listed status. The new development comprises of 67 Grade 1 apartments and 9 Garden Villas set behind the newly-built Regency facade.

Kite Glass was chosen to supply the 21.5mm heat soaked, toughened and laminated balustrade glass that had bespoke screen printing and edge polishing for the development.
