In architecture, a central atrium is often considered the heart of public buildings.
Characterised by a large open space that is designed to allow in lots of natural light, any glass used within these environments must enhance these aspects of the central atrium.
We recently provided 33mm toughened laminated glass, with a structural interlayer, to GT Coulson for a central atrium stairway.
Consisting of both standard and curved glass, the finished result is a seamless and modern aesthetic that enhances the space by allowing an uninterrupted stream of light into the building.
